What To Expect

Each session begins with a discussion of your needs to be addressed. Most of my work is done through loose comfortable clothing. Please wear or bring work-out type clothes (loose shorts and tanktop are best) that will allow for movement and stretching.
Your body stores the memory of all your physical, emotional and spiritual experiences. Talking about how these affect your body can be very freeing, and is helpful to my understanding of how your body responds.
There can be a variety of reactions during and after a session. Massage moves fluids and toxins in your body. Toxins can create pain so drinking lots of extra water, and walking or stretching for a day or two after massage is highly recommended to flush the body and extend the benefits of massage. Please call after your session if you have concerns or questions.
